Technicians - Across Ofisha
  1. Determine the cause of technical failure
  2. Follow-up on all network related issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  3. Implement, conduct and coordinate the smooth operation, repair, maintenance of network and technical equipments
  4. Make frequent field visits and assure that all facilities are functioning properly and measures are being taken to correct any deficiencies
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints within the set time limit
  6. Determine equipment needed for repairs and replacement of defective components
  7. Operation and maintenance of the HFC network. (Nodes, Amplifiers, Active device, Passive device)
  8. Network expansion or Up gradation.
  9. Recover the company assets from the customer and field as required by the company.
  10. Submit Installation and Cabling reports. Fill up the required ISO formats for the work done on a regular basis.
  11. Co-ordinate with the O & M team for the OFC related issues when required
  12. Installation and commissioning of CATV / Digital / Data drops to customers in the set Time limit

Desired Candidate Profile :

The person should be hardworking, flexible and positive in attitude. Candidates having prior exposure in above areas of work will be given preference. Freshers are also welcome. 

Educational Qualification: ITI(Electrical/ Electronics trade)
